Welder Underground: A New Era of Apprenticeship

Welder Underground represents a significant leap forward in educational innovation. It's designed for young adults aged 18-26, integrating our "earn while you learn" philosophy. This program is designed to ignite a new generation of Welders, leading apprentices to AWS certification and sets them up for career success, enabling them to start earning immediately without the burden of educational expenses.

Project-Based Learning at Its Core

The foundation of Welder Underground is project-based learning, which goes beyond traditional classroom education. Our apprentices tackle real-world challenges that teach them to think critically, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively. Through hands-on projects, they not only master the technical skills of welding but also develop invaluable life skills that are highly sought after in today’s job market.

Fusing Art with Industry

Our program is unique in its approach, blending art with industry. By collaborating with experienced artists and industry veterans, our apprentices are exposed to innovative techniques and creative processes that redefine what it means to be a welder. These collaborations inspire our students and broaden their understanding of what can be achieved with welding, pushing the boundaries of traditional practices.
